How long does a quotation take?
-Our quotations depend on the specific details however we aim to get quotations back within 24hrs. 

 

What Payment methods do you accept?
-Please note that we only accept Bank transfer or Cash only.

 

How long do our quotations last?
-All of our quotes have a date of expiration which is 30 days or stated otherwise.

 

I need more than one job doing, do I need to send multiple enquiries?
-This depends if you would like individual quotes or one quotation that covers all that is needed.

 

Can I amend my quote?
-Yes you can amend or change your quotation within the 30 days. However as soon as we receive written confirmation to go ahead this is then turned into a works note which unfortunately cannot be amended.

 

When do I pay?
- Most works will require a deposit normally of 50% before works start, this is to cover material costs, which is non refundable. Balance of any payments are due on completion of any works carried out. Unless stated otherwise. Contracted works may be stated as day rate, all in rate etc. This would be discussed at the quotation stage.


Where can I find important information such as insurances, licences and method statements?
-On written request by email or post. We will endeavour to share request with you should you wish along with our policy statements. All of our commercial and contract agreements will not be shared under GDPR and are all tailored to the specific requirements and needs of each of our clients. Please note that before any internal cleaning begins a signed document must be obtained by the responsible person. This also applies to any concreting work.

 

What gaurantee do you give?
-All works carried out by HBS Services comes with a standard 30 day gaurantee, unless stated in writting. After 30 days we can not accept any repairs or replacements. A new contract will need to be made, this is for all works completed by HBS Services.

-Any works carried out by a third party, will have their own gaurantee and HBS Services has no obligation to a third parties work, this will need to be taken up with that specific company.
